Are staff included in the per head price?
Yes. In all of our menus with the exception of the Corporate Platters and Favourite Platters, trained, uniformed staff are included. Even with these menus, you can hire one of our staff for $35.00 per hour (Penalty rates apply on Sunday’s & Public Holidays.)

Can you help with Beverages?
Yes. We are the only caterer on the Central Coast with a full Caterers Liquor License. We have a range of Beverage Packages available to suit your budget which include staff, glasses, ice buckets, ice and premium bottled wines & beers. All packages include water, softdrinks and juices.

Can you help with cakes, dresses, suits, venues, cars, theming, marquees and music?
Yes. We are affiliated with several of the Coast’s leading suppliers and because we do so many weddings, corporate and other functions every year we know the premier providers of all these things!

Where do you Cater?
We are based on the Central Coast and service all of the Coast. We also service the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, Newcastle and Sydney. In these areas a travelling surcharge is applied to cover extra staffing times and minimum numbers of 50 guests apply.

Christmas bookings?
December is our busiest month of the year. It's a good idea to book well in advance. In December, our minimum booking is for 50 guests for all bookings on the Central Coast and for all bookings outsidie the Central Coast, there is a minimum booking of 80 guests.

Do you offer taste tests?
Yes. For functions over 80 guests, free taste testing is offered and suggested. For smaller functions a small fee is charged.

Are plates and cutlery included?
Yes. All our staffed menus include crockery, plates and stainless steel cutlery with high quality paper dinner napkins (to suit your colour scheme) Linen available for a small fee. (Free with Table Service menus)

How do I make a booking?
A 20% deposit is required to firmly hold your date. This does not tie you down to a specific menu. Final details can be sorted out later.

Do you have specific booking terms & conditions?
Yes. When you pay your 20% deposit, you will receive a receipt letter. This will explain that your deposit is refundable minus any administration fees up until 28 days prior to your function date. Final MINIMUM numbers and final payment for food is due 7 – 10 days prior to function. Numbers can be increased up until 48 hours prior to function but not decreased less than 7 days prior. For Beverage Packages, final numbers and payment is required 14 days prior.

How do I pay my deposit or final payment?
All payments can be made by credit card over the phone or face to face. (All major cards are accepted apart from Diners Club.) Cheque, money order, cash, EFTPOS or Electronic Funds Transfer.

How soon do I need to book?
Although we are able to do up to five or six functions in one day, we do book out frequently. Obviously we have peak seasons which include September through to July with September, October, November and December being the busiest months of the year. It is advisable for both venues and us to book well in advance to secure your special day.

Do you have a minimum number of guests you cater for?
On most of our menus the minimum number of guests is 30, however, on some menus and outside the Central Coast, the minimum number is 50 guests. If you have less than this we are quite happy to negotiate a minimum charge with you depending on menu etc.

Do you need a full commercial kitchen?
No. Often we will require the use of your kitchen and domestic oven, also adequate power. However, if this is not possible, we can organize for a caterers’ marquee, roasting oven, generator, coolroom etc for an extra charge. Weather plans need to be in place. Some venues require extra shelter in case of rain and room needs to be allowed for buffet set up, bar set up and so on in both marquees and surf clubs.
