Hi my name is Gina Jeffreys and I have recently filmed a brand new video clip for my song called “Live It”. We had a huge cast to feed, but also wanted the video to feel like a joyous celebration of family and friends eating and drinking together. The food needed to look beautiful as well as taste great. I would like to thank you and your staff for the outstanding professional service that you gave us for our function held at Wagstaffe Hall on the 8th of December. We received many compliments that night on how you and your team were so friendly, competent & obliging I could go on and on.
The food was superb, you have never let me down in the past and you excelled yourself again that night. You helped make our special (although I don’t know what’s special about turning 50!) event a thoroughly enjoyable night, I wish you continued success and will have no hesitation in using you again and in also highly recommending you.

I would highly recommend Caterstar to anyone planning any event. We used them for our wedding on 17th November 2007 and I couldn’t have been happier with the service and the food.
We had a cocktail party and at first were a little concerned that everyone would get enough to eat. Caterstar were extremely helpful and made us feel confident that no guest would go home hungry. The menu we chose was delicious – all food looked and tasted fabulous, beyond my expectations. The cutlets, sushi and prawn skewers especially were delicious!
Caterstar also made our cake, which was one large pavlova and then 130 individual mini-pavlovas on gorgeous tiered-platters. It looked absolutely incredible and of course tasted amazing!
The service was outstanding. All the waiters were happy and confident and helped to create a fantastic mood for the night. The staff were efficient and friendly, without getting in anyone’s way. Overall, I believe their service was great value for money and I would like to thank Caterstar for helping us have the perfect wedding day!

From the moment they arrived on Saturday Night, it was nothing but wonderful team management. What a credit to you for finding such great staff members.
Ben and the others had everyone singing their praises, the fact that they remembered names and who liked what, to offer a 2nd portion, to remembering who was a ceoliac and could only eat certain things. WOW they were unreal.
They were so neat and tidy, everything was left so clean after there departure. The Food was amazing, everyone was saying these are the Best Finger Foods ever!!!
Many of our guests are planning to have a function using CATERSTAR
So, thank you for making our 25th wedding anniversary so special and Catering for Our Party.

I am writing to say thank you for really making my Mum’s 70th Birthday celebration last Sunday extra special. Mum was so thrilled when all the delicious and beautifully presented platters started to come out. Every single item you prepared for us was a perfect combination of freshness & flavour. Your servings are incredibly generous and the quality of all the produce of a very high standard.
Your Chilli Flambe Prawns were out of this world. My Mum has always been a huge prawn fan, she would eat prawns at least 30 times a year, she thought they really were the very best prawns she could ever remember having, I have to agree.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company to anyone looking for perfect friendly service & exquisite food.
I’m still smiling at the thought of that scrumptious pavlova!!!

I just wanted to put into writing how happy and delighted we were with the wedding that your company created for us. The effort that you put into creating the Italian Menu that we requested was very much appreciated and the food could not be faulted. The time and trouble your company went to setting up the marquee and the job they did was terrific, you couldn’t have done enough for us. Not one guest did not comment on the food & service provided, they were asking if you were a Sydney or Newcastle based firm and when told that you were based on the Central Coast they didn’t think we had this standard of food and service available on the Coast. We had many comments that this was the best wedding they had attended and the Italian cuisine was very much to their liking. Guests could not get over the quantity of food, the presentation and the quality that you provided, as well as your staff being helpful at all times, friendly and professional with a ready smile. Words just can’t describe how beautiful my wedding day was and how relaxed we felt knowing that you were in charge, providing first class food and service to our guests. It was wonderful to just relax knowing it was all in very capable hands.
